Productive Business Dialogue is based on the research and writing of business communications experts, Dr. Chris Argyris and Dr. Peter Senge.
Professor Emeritus at Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School Business, Dr. Chris Argyris is the author of 30 books, including On Organizational Learning, and many research articles; and has consulted with many corporations, government organizations, and universities.
Dr. Peter M. Senge is the founding chairperson of Society for Organizational Learning ; a senior lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and the author of The Fifth Discipline: the Art and Practice of the Learning Organization. He consults with businesses, educational institutions, healthcare and government organizations. In 1999, the Journal of Business Strategy cited Dr. Senge as one of the major influencers of business strategy in the twentieth century.
