JF Goldstyn, Director, Corporate Learning Services
JF Goldstyn is actively involved in and responsible for the implementation of Harvard Business Publishing's premier online learning and management development content. Over the past twelve years he has driven the implementation, customization and integration of leadership and management content from CD-ROM, Intranet and Internet online learning modules into the development curriculums of multinational organizations. JF manages the learning services team of global learning consultants and also manages several key accounts delivering strategic consulting and facilitation services. He is also responsible for Global services support working with consultants and distribution channels. JF has accumulated 20+ years experience in the education industry, beginning his career as a foreign language and business soft skills instructor in France and Germany in the late 1980s to leading leadership workshops both online and face-to-face.

Prior to Joining HBP he worked as a graduate assistant for a core management course in an undergraduate program at the SFSU School of Business. In addition to working at the Institute for Management Studies, he also spent four years in technical sales and implementation for an IBM Business Partner in Menlo Park, California.

Sara Devitt, Practice Director, Learning Services
Ms. Devitt is the Practice Director, Learning Services at Harvard Business Publishing, charged with extending the global reach of Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning products and services. Ms. Devitt works closely with Harvard Business Publishing’s largest clients to help create an effective implementation strategy, which includes the marketing of products and services as well as the technology and customization options that are available to the Harvard Business Publishing customer base. Sara has over 15 years of experience in the information and training and development industries and draws upon this experience to provide guidance to her clients. She believes strongly that learning and information can have a large impact on organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining Harvard Business Publishing, Ms. Devitt was the Cardean Program Manager for Thomson/NETg, a front runner in learning content and information. Her expertise includes sales, marketing, consulting and product management for the Cardean Content which was developed in conjunction with leading business schools including; Columbia University, Stanford University, University of Chicago, Carnegie Melon and the London School of Economics. Previously, as a National Account Manager for Lexis-Nexis, Ms. Devitt developed information-based solutions for Fortune 500 companies, in the banking, manufacturing and media industries.

Ms. Devitt holds a B.A. in History from West Chester University, she has also attended Oxford University in the United Kingdom and the Royal Conservatory of music in Stockholm, Sweden.

Amy Zuckerman, Senior Learning Services Manager
Ms. Zuckerman helps Harvard Business Publishing clients leverage management and leadership e-learning, articles, and digital content in order to produce measurable business results. She brings 17 years of experience in blended learning design, facilitation, and consulting as part of organizational learning interventions. Her specialties are enterprise-wide curriculum mapping; multi-media learning development, design, and delivery; change management and rollout communications; and facilitation.

Prior to joining Harvard Business Publishing, Ms. Zuckerman was a Performance Consultant at The Gallup Organization in Washington, DC. She created management and leadership programs focusing on human strengths and employee engagement. Prior, she was a Performance Consultant at DigitalThink/Convergys Corp. in Denver and San Francisco where she designed and developed custom e-learning. Ms. Zuckerman also served as a management development trainer at The Pace Group and as a diversity consultant with George Simons International. She is a frequent contributor to industry publications, and a speaker at learning and development conferences.

Ms. Zuckerman earned her M.A. in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She graduated with Highest Honors from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.

Sarah Osteen, Senior Learning Services Manager
As Senior Learning Services Manager, Sarah works with clients to deliver high impact management and development solutions. By identifying key organizational needs and goals and working in a close partnership with the Harvard Business Publishing sales force, she effectively enables results that match clients’ strategies. She has successfully managed a variety of large scale implementations for organizations in the energy, pharmaceutical, and finance industries.

Prior to joining Harvard Business Publishing, Sarah worked as a project manager with two consulting organizations: Impact Performance Group and Cognitive Arts. In her capacity at Impact Performance Group she managed a team of writers, designers, and facilitators through the development and implementation stages of highly customized sales training programs. She has successfully managed a variety of implementations including the coaching program for Fleet non-line managers, the sales and coaching program for Bank of New York, and the coaching reinforcement program for Citizens. While at Cognitive Arts she developed a customized software-training program for 3,000 incoming First Union Sales representatives. She also designed a scenario-based learning solution for Cutler-Hammer’s national sales engineer force based on specific sales processes for a variety of market segments.

Sarah received her BA in English from Georgetown University and her MBA from the F.W Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Paul Cooper, Learning Services Manager
Paul Cooper is a member of the Harvard Business Publishing Learning Services Team with more than a decade of experience in learning and development. Paul has consulted with clients to implement e-learning programs, conduct needs assessments and market and communicate program solutions with many of the top businesses in the world today. Paul works closely with Harvard Business Publishing’s clients to design effective implementation strategies, which include the marketing of products and services and the customization of these solutions available through the Harvard Business Publishing portfolio.

Prior to joining Harvard Business Publishing, Paul was a member of the strategic services division at Thomson-NETg where he was instrumental in project managing, communication planning, and leading change management engagements to drive results for his clients. He consulted to develop enterprise-wide learning solutions through his expertise in the areas of corporate learning, strategic planning and change management.

Additionally, Paul worked for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) where he was responsible for the direction of distance learning and the development of training certification programs. During his tenure at DJJ, he was responsible for the implementation and creation of a statewide certification program for detention care workers.

Paul has an M.B.A. from Benedictine University in Business and Management Consulting and a B.S. from Florida State University.

Sumit Sahni, Learning Services Manager
An alumnus of University of London, over the past 10 years Sumit has worked in areas like sales, learning & development, change management and organization development. Sumit is responsible for Harvard Business Publishing’s learning services in India. During his tenure with Harvard Business Publishing, he has helped a cross section of customers develop and implement their leadership development programs.

An expert facilitator, Sumit has trained close to 3500 people in workshops that he has conducted in India, U.S, Sri Lanka & South Africa. Prior to joining HBP, Sumit was with TMI where he was heading its organization development practice for India. There he led cultural transformation initiatives for many large organizations some of which received global recognition and awards. He also conducted Sr. Management programs on topics like Change Management, Project Management, Building a Customer Centric Organization and Team working.

During the initial days of his career he worked for industry leaders like Taj Group of Hotels and Max New York Life Insurance where he gathered experience in HR Operations and Learning & Development .
