Our Learning Model is based on a PCL-based Train-the-Trainer offering, and we use select proven techniques to guide the process of developing a comprehensive plan.
Project Management -- As these projects become more complex we will bring in appropriate tools and processes to track all aspects of the plan.
The Implementation Tool Kit -- A repository of tips, tools and techniques, amassed from client work over the years. It contains the best practices and re-usable content that address the four components of a successful implementation: User Engagement, Facilitation, Content and Technology.
