Productive Business Dialogue, has been selected as a finalist in the Corporate Training and Support category for the 13th Annual MITX Awards. Held annually by the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange, the MITX Awards recognize excellence in the creation of web innovations designed, produced or developed in New England.
Begun in 1996, the MITX Awards has grown to the largest and most prestigious awards competition in the country for web innovations and celebrates the best creative and technological accomplishments emerging from New England.

Productive Business Dialogue is an online interactive course that places managers in realistic situations where they must improve business results through highly focused interpersonal interactions. The course immerses managers in dialogue-based situations where their own choices drive the dialog, and ensuing results. By taking various paths, managers learn how to clarify ideas, sort factual information and advance stalled conversations to reach joint conclusions.
